Calculate optimal sleep times and improve your sleep quality
For optimal rest, try to fall asleep at one of these times:
Sleep cycles typically last 90 minutes. Waking up at the end of a cycle helps you feel more refreshed.
Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
Avoid screens at least 1 hour before bedtime to reduce blue light exposure.
Avoid caffeine after 2 PM as it can interfere with your sleep quality.
Plan intense study sessions earlier in the day when your mind is fresh.
